I've asked and asked about this but it's just not possible, and apparently the feature is "unlikely" as the default "Vanilla Forum" (ths new forum) software itself isn't capable of subscribing to an entire sub-forum to get a "daily digest" email, as it it with vbulletin (the old forum software), it's something I rely on heavily so for now after 11 years or so I am no longer comping on here
