Each entrant that validly submits their entry as set out above (each a “Valid Entry”) will be entered into the prize draw to be held within three (3) days of the Closing Date (“Draw”). The first two (2) Valid Entries randomly selected from the Draw (each a “Winner” together the “Winners”) shall each win a trip for two (2) people to Madeira, Portugal for three (3) nights (between 01.09.2020 and 30.11.2020), exact dates to be determined by Monster Energy in its complete discretion), which shall consist of the following (“Prize”):

participation for each Winner and their Elected Person (as defined below) in mountain bike trail rides across Madeira from beginner to advanced level with Monster Energy ambassadors (exact Monster Energy ambassadors to be determined by Monster in its absolute discretion), and such other activities as determined by Monster Energy in its sole and absolute discretion (each an “Activity” and together the “Activities”); the date, time and details of the Activities shall be determined by Monster Energy in its complete discretion, subject to availability;

a three (3) night stay for two (2) people in twin room accommodation of no less than a three (3) star rating; the hotel to be selected by Monster Energy in its complete discretion, subject to availability (“Hotel”);

return economy flight tickets for two (2) people from an airport in the United Kingdom to an airport in Madeira, Portugal (“Destination Airport”). The airport locations, dates and times of the flights shall be determined by Monster Energy in its complete discretion, subject to availability; and

return economy transfers for two (2) people from Destination Airport to Hotel, and Hotel to each Activity; the times, dates and mode of transport to be determined by Monster Energy in its complete discretion, subject to availability.

Ugh those T&C's read like a dump of legalese text with little thought of the intended reader. Here's my attempt at clarity..

• Trip for two (2) people to Madeira, Portugal for three (3) nights (between 01.09.2020 and 30.11.2020)
• mountain bike trail rides across Madeira from beginner to advanced level with Monster Energy ambassadors
• three (3) night stay for two (2) people in twin room accommodation of no less than a three (3) star rating
• return economy flight tickets for two (2) people from an airport in the United Kingdom to an airport in Madeira, Portugal
• return economy transfers for two (2) people from Destination Airport to Hotel, and Hotel to each Activity
• transfers from the Winner’s home.. to the selected airport in the United Kingdom.. is the responsibility of the Winner
• Accommodation is on a room only basis and the Winner will be responsible for all food and beverages
