how to search by end date on new forum?

I'm sorry, am I being thick? I just can't see how to search by end date on the new forum. If I put the date in the search box, for example E: 07/02 I just get everything that has a 7 and a 2 in it.
I'd appreciate any help.

I'm in the same boat! Seems very difficult to search by date and theres no way of sorting how you want the threads to appear! I'm completely lost! HELP!!!!

I have to same problem, I used to use this link https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/71252760#Comment_71252760
 and click "Order by date ending" but nothing is in order now.

katieskatie82 I've just sussed out how to get the threads just for one day rather than mix and match. When you click on the search option, I had previously just typed E:07/02 in the first box, but then I realised there is a 'title' box. If you put the same search in that box it does bring up just the threads which end on that particular date.

It's still horrid though because from those search results I can't see whether I've entered those previously or not. I've started pressing the 'entered' option on the actual thread to see if that will make any difference but so far, no good. 
If I find a better way of doing it I'll let you know....although I just said to hubby that this new forum is so horrid I may have to look for a different competition site - which would be a huge shame because I've loved this site and think the other people that use it are brilliant!

Nope, that function isn't available as far as I can tell ... maybe working on it.

Ok thanks. Not sure if I'm using the end date search wrong but is 'entered' showing up for anyone else in search? I have to open to post to see if I've entered it.
