Post Office Money - Online Bond Statement

I'm in the procees of sorting and confirming a morgage, and I need to prove the existence of a deposit via a bank statement.
The money in question sits in a Post Office Online Bond account, and my lender wont accept a screenshot of my online login / banking as proof. Is it possible to get either a downloadable pdf statement or physical one?
Thanks!
