Hi,
I am looking to clear my loans and get a PCH "contract hire" does this show up on your credit report? If so can will this have a negative effect on a mortgage application?

All credit commitments will/should show up on your credit report(s).
Generally speaking a search will be a negative for around 3-6 months, after that your score should start improving based on the payment history.
