Is it worth continuing with this?

I have an all on Four implant retained full bridge replacing my top teeth. My dentist recommended I use Bluem toothpaste and mouthwash as it is oxygenated and doesn’t contain flouride.
I don’t particularly like the toothpaste as most of it seems to either fall off the brush or stick to my teeth. It’s also only available online and from one stockist in UK. It’s very expensive, although that’s not really important if it’s doing the job of protecting my implants, which cost an arm and a leg!
Any advice from the helpful dental experts on here or from other people who have implants? Is it worth continuing to use these products?
