Just looking for a direction really, the title sums it up. Want to find a mortgage for 5 years LtV of around 10%.

Interest only is a bit of a minefield these days. Every lender has its own take on if you qualify for interest only so the quality of information you get here is probably going to be quite woolly until you do a full fact find with a broker
Basic information that would be needed:
Repayment plan for the interest only
Gross income
Age
Term of mortgage wanted
Borrowing amount
Property price
