S106 Agreement - Remortgage

Hello Guys,

I am currently with Leeds Building for my current mortgage, the fixed deal is ending towards the back end of this year and I am looking at trying to organise my own re-mortgage.

Does anybody know of any lenders that are familiar with the S106 or even offer mortgages against it?

I know when we initially were applying for our first mortgage there were not many lenders who would touch it.

Most of the high street lenders will consider them.
Some have restrictions on the type of agreements they will accept though, so you would need to check the details upfront. Failing that you could always see what retention deals Leeds have available.
