Hi,
my friend is with DMA, she's been with them for 2 years paying every month. She was previously with LLoyds bank and received a letter from them demanding payment or else bailiffs would be sent round - she has tried to contact DMA only to find that they have gone bust.
Does anyone know when this happened and what steps she can take to sort this out? She has no idea for how long they haven't been making her payments or what she should do next.

I will do, really I suppose she needs to find out who the administrators are to find out when this all happened. Though how she does that is beyond me.
I'll get her to call CAB.0
