London 60+ card to Freedom Pass

Does anyone know how I can see if I gave tfl permission to share my details with my Local Council when I got my 60+ pass when I turned 60? I have checked that tfl have my current address etc but I cannot see anywhere to tick my permission to share my details for the new pass to be issued automatically.
Reason for needing to know is that the 60+ expires in March and online it tells me the full Freedom pass for OAPs will be automatically issued if I agreed to tfl sharing my details with the Local Council who supply that card. The 60+ card now tells me that it is due to expire soon when I use it on tube and train, not sure what is shown on the bus when I touch in. I assume if I did not agree then I have to apply to the Local Council and supply the needed documents and a new photo, at present I would need to wait until 21 February before applying if I need to.
