CSA claim and mortgage application

Hi - I am in the process of claiming child maintenance from my ex. My query is are there many mortgage lenders that take child maintenance that is arranged unofficially into account when looking at income and borrowing?
I am in a dilemma as to whether to proceed with a maintenance payment which is between ourselves or involve the CSA. Does anyone know how it appears or needs to appear on bank statements?
thanks

Some lenders require a court order, some will do informal arrangements but need it on 3 months bank statements, or 6 months bank statements. If informal then some will want a letter confirming the terms signed by the ex.
So lots of different ways of looking at it depending on the lender0 -
Thank you - my court order doesnt state specific figures. As its amicable a signed letter could be an additional option. Thanks!0

Why are you "claiming" if it's amicable?0

How does knowing that help with answering my question?0
