Remortgage with C&G stalled!!

Hi, We are currently trying to remortgage with C&G through a broker. We started the application process on 15th November online at the brokers office. We have to date received a letter confirming information i gave on my partners behalf. I have not been contacted for a valuation and my broker dosen't have any further info but is looking into it. I am concerned as we are due to go on SVR on 3.1.08. Does anyone know how long C&G usually take?
