Halifax 2.33% 10 year fixed - product fee error

Hi,
I wish to make you aware that the above mortgage deal, which comes out at the top of the best buys list does have a £995 product fee when you proceed with an online application even though it says no product fee on their website here:

I checked this with one of the Halifax mortgage advisors. This mortgage deal should cost £5270 instead on the MSE best buys list and I have sent an email to report this to MSE.
