I am currently taking Universal credit that provides maintenance dor single person, rent and child support. I had some problem with my partner for which I had to seek benefit as I have a baby along.
Things have started improving between me and my partner so he is back and we have decided to buy a small flat together. He has recently received termination notice as his employer ia downsizing. We did make a offer and was accepted when this mishap has happened.
I am a director with 25% voting rights and draw a salary. I am submitting my SA302 for last 2 years. Will they need to look or consider my benefit at all? As I do not want to restrict my lender options. My partner ia attending interviews and will have a offer letter soon.
Would like to know if it is better to withhold offer ( if seller agrees) or to go ahead with SA302 for last 2 years? I would like to inform I draw salary from company in total every april in one go before closing my books. Will lenders will look into my benefit even though I would not apply with that?
Look forward to some helpful response.
