I need up to update my details - does anybody know how I do this?

I can't find out how to do edit details either - I've looked everywhere I can think of.

When I try to reset my passwords in the hopes it would put me through to something I got we are undergoing essential maintenance after clicking reset.

That's exactly what I get. If I write I forgot my password then it answers they've sent a link to substitute the old pssw but I never get such link

Using Chrome - accessed site and entered competition with no issue.

To keep cookies out of it then went incognito to enter another one and because my e-mail was in use from this competition needed to set a password, e-mail link to do this was received, a password successfully set and competition entered.

Went to enter another one and used "forgot password" to get sent another password link which also worked and allowed the next competition to be entered.

Beyond my e-mail address at no stage did I have to enter my address or other contact details that I would need to update if I moved. (on both occasions the reset password link was almost instantly received)

Simplest thing might be to clear any cookies from the site and then start using a different e-mail address and set a new password when prompted.

I have the same block on my other emails. I have no idea how to go incognito and get out of it...

If you are using Chrome there are three dots towards the top right of the screen if you click there it will bring up a list of options and one is "New incognito window", or press and hold Ctrl and Shift then press N.

Similar thing with edge open an InPrivate window from three dots or or press and hold Ctrl and Shift then press P.

went to Chrome, went incognito and the same thing happen when I tried to get to change password, with two different emails
