Childcare vouchers v Tax-Free childcare

I've just moved jobs and lost my eligibility for childcare vouchers. My wife still gets them - £240 a month.

We have three children, one of whom is 11 so not eligible for tax free childcare

Our monthly childcare bill (after free hours have been removed) is £379. Or £313 if you take out the 11 year old.

So my question is would we be better off switching to tax free childcare? Or would I be better paying the balance (£139 per month) directly?

I can't find and online calculator that deals with this type of situation

Advice gratefully received!
