Quick question on Natwest Mortgage

Hi All
So I bought my little home 4 years ago (wow where has the time gone) & my monthly payment for the mortgage was set at £391.12. After a couple of months, I had a look on my online mortgage account & decided to chuck an extra £20 a month on top of my monthly, taking it to £411.12. It's been that ever since.
However, today I logged into my online mortgage account & the amount that is being paid against the mortgage is still showing £391.12 every month. Where has the extra £20 gone each month?
Thought I would ask here before contacting Natwest as I'm sure one of you knowledgeable folk will know.

Think you need to call them, I've just checked mine and the overpayment is still exactly as I set it two years ago.A witty saying proves nothing0

It's probably in suspense waiting for you to tell them if you want lower monthly payments in future or a shorter term and the same monthly payment as before.I am a mortgage broker.
