Wonga - wrong bank details
I'm due a payment from Wonga at the end of January. They wrote to me last September stating the payment would go to the bank details for my current account. They have now written to me on the 10th January stating they are making payment to an account I haven't had for 10 years. I've tried following the link to upload documents to change bank details but the page looked like it hadn't loaded properly and didn't show any uploaded documents. I've tried to ring but can't get through and have emailed them twice with no response. Has anybody else had problems and what did you do to solve it. I know it's not going to be much but I want to get it!

Have you spoken to the old bank as to what would happen to the money if it does happen to get paid into that old account ?0
