Also, is the Arroword answer just one word "Strictly" ? Thanks

Hi LadyLanc yes Strictly is just the answer it is what Emma Willis has banned her husband Matt from doing

The Atkins one has been added since yesterday I have just checked my magazine and there is no question just says to go to the website so I can only presume you would put yes
