Gosh I'm going to sound like a right fusspot! I don't enjoy (read dislike) jelly type textures and milky things as well. Except rice pudding.
I have two fruit and tea loaves in the oven now, can't wait to try one later.

It's funny how a simple question of what to do to use up tea leaves has exposed me ,and me aware of being , a fussy eater with few friends and even fewer family!

  • Don't worry, not everybody like every type of food. I did wonder when typing the post 'What if your dairy free?'. I was more on the money than I realised with that one.

I'm not in the least bit offended as it was just an idea and everyone is free to accept or reject any ideas put to them.

Well the loaves turned out well , though I really should have waited longer before cutting into it. It was still warm and butter melted, but yummy it was though I don't think this is honestly a solution to my problem! - which isn't really a problem at all, just a little self imposed issue.
