religious discrimination at religious organisation?

The EHRC has published some guidance as to the exemptions which apply to religious organisations here: https://www.equalityhumanrights.com/en/advice-and-guidance/exceptions-charities-and-religion-or-belief-organisations.
It seems that they are able to discriminate in how they provide services but I can't see anything allowing them to discriminate in how they provide promotions (save for limited categories of people such as priests and clergy).0 -
Is this a completely religious organization? Your daughter is working as a volunteer? Otherwise, it's a business where I don't think business owners go with religious discrimination and would like losses. Its my personal point of view.0
