Court bailiff letter sent to previous address - not sure what to do?

Hi everyone, this is my first post. I'll try to keep it as brief as I can.
I moved out of my parents house 14 years ago, I never had any debt linked to their address.
On Saturday, a letter arrived for me at their house, it was in my married name (when I left my parents I still had my maiden name) It's from a court bailiff, for a debt that I apparently owe to 'Lowell' I don't know what the debt is for and as its the weekend, I can't find out until Monday. I have had some debt (which I am currently paying off) but I can't understand why it has been sent to my parents house, I am on the electoral roll and I have only had one address since leaving home. My parents are elderly and I'm worried someone will turn up there. I am going to ring the court as soon as they open in the morning but does anybody have any idea how this could have happened?
Thanks in advance
