If I were 25 and this was my pension then I wouldn't be looking for any investment holding bonds or property. That is me, and I am comfortable with the volatility associated with 100% equity exposure.

I would look for a global fund, and possibly a global smaller companies fund, or at least ensure the global fund included smaller companies.

Is my current plan 100% equity exposure

If so I guess the life strategy funds in l&g are all safe funds for a pension ?

Does anyone have a link for a salary sacrifice calculator

One where I can compare how my take home pay and taxable income would be different if I put a % in compared to if I didn't use salary sacrifice

    Thank you

Thanks for all the advice guys £25000 over 25 years into my pension rather than going to the tax man
