Firstly I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone for how detailed people's advice has been on other post and answered most of my questions.
The question I now have is, I've been declared bankrupt two weeks ago and had a discussion with the examiner. He was very kind and said that my situation seems fairly straightforward where I've had long standing debts that were paid and after leaving work I couldn't pay them. Due to the fact I'm on UC and Carers Allowance I was told they didn't need my incomings and outgoing. The call lasted for about 5 minutes.
A few days ago I received a letter stating no further interview was needed and to complete the attached forms with regards to Tax, GDPR, Ethnicity and a witness of me signing.
I've done and sent all that back. What will be the next stage of this now as I'm not sure what else to do?
Thank you all for your amazing help in general.

You should really have an interview. A 5 min call wouldn’t be enough to get a full picture of your circumstances. However that should have been booked with you by now so perhaps they aren’t going to.
The next thing is that the OR sends a report to your creditors. Then, that’s it really. If it’s straight forward and you have no assets to deal with then you’re unlikely to hear from them again.0 -
Hi,
I'm not sure why then. I'm in London so don't know if they are busy here and mine was straight forward. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
