Money Judgement ?

Hi all

I declared my self bankrupt in Dec'18 and discharged in Dec'19. Now, I just have been offered affordable housing from the a Housing Association. Housing officer sent me a long application form to complete via online. While, going through I found in the declaration form saying "Had any legal action taken against you including evictions, money judgements, injunctions". What actually mean money judgements ? Is Bankruptcy for Credit cards will count for it ? They also stated they will check Experian for credit status. Now, I am worried because of past bankruptcy record they may refuse my application now :(

Hi I got a housing association property while my B.R was still showing on my credit report,
I did not disclose my B.R, I had to show bank statements to show affordability and they looked at the private rental I had lived in for 8 years to show I would look after the property.
To the best off my knowledge they did not check my credit file, my landlord would have supplied a reference if needed.

A money judgement is a county court judgment for debt, otherwise known as a CCJ.
You have not had any legal action taken against you, so the answer is no.
People with current or past bankruptcies still need a roof over their heads, you should not be penalised just on that basis alone.
