Mortgage application (ACM) cladding stall

Hi all,

First time poster, so myself and my wife are in the middle of buying a flat we are first time buyers and are both very excited, however we have hit a little snag the property we want to buy had the ACM cladding on it now this has been removed and the vendor has given us an FRA they had done which states the cladding is now compliant. So we have now submitted this to our lender (Halifax)

The question I have is will this be enough for Halifax or will they want something else I’m probably just over worrying but I can’t help it, please advice has anyone been in this situation, up to this point we have been accepted for the full mortgage application.

Thanks in advance for any help
