Don't get blind sided by the fact you live rurally.
You have at least ADSL Broadband. This means any company except Virgin can offer you the same identical broadband. This means you should not be paying more than £20/month (for ADSL Broadband, no TV and no free calls included) . If you are still confused about this, let me know If you are paying for fibre instead of ADSL, then you don't live in the middle of nowhere at all Happy to help further.

I think the best piece of advice I could give is: You need to move! Your car and LPG costs are killing you. Is it feasible at all to move closer to work? You're burning up several hundred pounds a month in these two areas alone.
