I've been trying all sorts of ways to raise money for the fees involved for my partner and I to go bankrupt, including setting up a justgiving page!
But other than that, any advice?

Have you stopped paying creditors? just keep imortant ones rent/gas/elec etc.....a few places as well could offer a grant to help towards costs have a look HERE

Draw the money out in cash off a credit card. Yes the OR may raise an eyebrow at this after the event but meh, small personal bankrupcies are small fry and they dont give a toss.0
