Option (Ve) is a plant-based health and well-being cafe in Harrogate. Owners Claire and David, together with their dedicated team, are passionate about providing wholesome, healthy food and drink options using locally-sourced produce whenever possible. Catering primarily for those wishing to eat gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan food, their menu offers an amazing choice of tasty dishes, including chickpea pancakes stacked with fresh berries, banana and maple syrup, beetroot and quinoa burgers, vibrant salads and freshly-made sandwiches.
