After you've added the capture, wait!!!

Count one thousand, two thousand.. up to about 7 or 8 thousand, then enter.

I think the Waitrose website is slow and needs time to register your entry; if you enter too quickly, it hasn't had time to catch up

For me I have to enter my details really quickly as soon as I open the page and then it goes through first time
