Hello
I was wondering if anyone knows how much I can overpay in a single lump on a NatWest mortgage before they reduce your monthly repayment? I have a feeling it's £1000 .
Cheers

Hi
Natwest have a great calculator when you look online at your mortgage, it will either tell you how much your month DD will come down by or time off your mortgage - which ever you prefer.
Then when you pay it off, you also decide which you want.

Best thing would be to phone and ask or read the terms and conditions of your mortgage.
Through experience I found the mortgage adviser at the bank very helpful, just a few comments
from him gave me, what I would call - inside infoor hints. :j
