Unarranged Overdraft just before Mortgage Application

My OH has stupidly gone into an unarranged overdraft by £1.43 (she normally has no OD at all). We're currently looking at houses and just wanted to know if this will affect our mortgages chances in anyway. She transferred some money into the account to put it back into the black as soon as she received a text informing her.
I know it's a small amount but I've read this is something to avoid.

We were rejected for a mortgage application by NatWest for this. My husbands house has completed on the 31st and the mortgage company mistakenly took a payment on the 1st. Despite it being their error the lender wouldn’t listen and we were rejected.
Annoyingly this time I’ve managed to go into an unarranged overdraft by £6 when a payment didn’t show up in pending. Like your partner I paid it within hours. We are applying with Nationwide this time and they haven’t mentioned it at all so far and broker thinks they won’t as it’s so small.
So I guess it’s lender dependent. Also, if it’s not your main bank account and your lender isn’t the owner of the account they probably won’t even look at that account.0
