Are Rakuten still providing vouchers for Superpoints?

About 2 months ago i transferred 1000 superpoints from Rakuten to a £10 Currys voucher.
I Never received the voucher despite the points being removed.
I have contacted them periodically over the last two months but apart from the auto-reply i have not received any response.
Has anyone received a voucher via voucher exchange with them recently, or had any contact?
