i did and hey presto - £82.79. inc vat. and free postage.
thats cheaper than creative are doing them for on their ebay shop and certainly cheaper than their auctions are finishing up.

only pink or white when i called.

Bought a refurished one from them a couple of days ago and it will not charge. I read it on the net that it is one of the known problem:mad: . Emailed them and awaiting for their reply.

Hi, my OH had the same prob with his zen, but we managed to fix it by connecting to the computer and downloading something from the creative website. He can't remember what it was he downloaded but he accessed it through the troubleshooting. It has worked fine since then and charged fine from the mains so I hope it helps you.
