First Time Buyer Again?

Hi All,
I'm getting back on the property ladder again.. I have previously owned 2 houses.. then divorced.. and currently renting. I have no chain.
For the purposes of getting a mortgage and stamp duty relief... am I a first time buyer (returning homeowner)?
Trying to get clarification.
Any advice/guidance would be really welcome.
Thanks,
Chris

Maybe in terms of the mortgage depending on the lender and when you last had a mortgage. The SDLT relief for FTB, definitely not.0
