Hi,
does anybody know if you pay your SA and forget to put your reference No. with payment what happens?

How did you pay?0

If you paid by debit card it’s fine.
If you sent a bacs payment with no reference then they won’t know who it’s from and you’ll have to get manual involvement.0 -
