This is part of a competition that they have been running (almost continuously) for many years......not sure exactly, but there are MSE winners going back until 2016 at least

There used to be a regular poster I think or a ongoing post? I'm sorry, I can't remember or find it at the moment.

Each day (Monday to Friday only I think?) they tweet a "daily dispatch" photo that you can retweet/like and at the end of each month they pick one day of the month and then choose a winner from everyone who interacted with that day's post. They do the same with Facebook posts and Instagram posts too.
