Do your Year 5 or 6 pupils have what it takes to imagine a Battle of Britain story that will appeal to children their own age?
If so, submit a 100 word blurb for the book, and you and your class could be winging your way to the RAF Museum for one of our FREE Writing Days with published children’s author Tom Palmer!
Our Battle of Britain Writing Days are designed to help classes of children develop ideas and the first lines of a Battle of Britain story using the excitement of Second World War Handling Objects and the aircraft in the Museum to make writing feel more meaningful, purposeful and fun.
Tom will also talk about his books and how he writes them.
