The winner and a guest will enjoy a seven-night fly-drive holiday in Extremadura, courtesy of Sunvil. Starting in Madrid, they'll explore this remote and dramatic region by car, staying in two historic hotels en route. They will spend three nights at the Parador de Plasencia, a restored 15th-century convent in the walled city of Plasencia. Then, for four nights, they’ll be at the Parador de Caceres, a Renaissance palace with colonnades and vaulted ceilings. Extraordinary landscapes and monuments await, including the dazzling Roman remains at Merida, and Trujillo, peppered with conquistador palaces.
The prize includes return flights from Gatwick to Madrid, car hire and B&B accommodation. It must be taken between March 1 and November 1, 2020, subject to availability and excluding April 10-14 and public holidays.
