When I took the second charge loan they clearly over valued the property. There is a reason they went into liquidation.
So now you are saying the loan company went into liquidation? So who is chasing this debt then and on behalf of who?
  • I don't really want to mention them on here. The original company dissolved and it's accounts were taken over by a credit collection company.

It is what it is, like I said in my OP I am just concerned they will now attempt to chase me out of this property now even though they don't have a charge on it.
I would very much doubt that they would attempt this and even if the did I very much doubt that they would be successful.
