TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE BREWIN DOLPHIN PAUL HARVEY-BROOKSPRIZE DRAW1 This prize draw is organised by Brewin Dolphin Limited (“Brewin Dolphin” or “we”) of 12 Smithfield Street, London, EC1A 9BD. By entering this prize draw, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.2. The winner will be the first entrant selected at random by an independent person within five working days of the prize draw Closing Date. There will be one winner selected.9. The prize includes a day with Paul Hervey-Brookes, who will create a set of plans for your personalgarden and a £1,000 voucher for a garden centre of your choice to be used on the day.Prizes are subject to availability and must be accepted as offered. No cash alternative to prizes will be offered and the prize is not negotiable or transferable. However, we reserve the right to substitute a prize with an alternative of equal or greater value should circumstances (in our opinion) make this necessary. 10.
