Looks like a scam website. I wouldn't use it.
Prices too good to be true and no phone number.
By the way, this appears to be the correct website for Clarks

Total scam - In addition to the lack of contact details ( phone / address ) mentioned in #2 , always look at the T&Cs /returns / Faq. On this site they are not quite correct English. For example on the "contact us" page :
"Sincerely welcome you to our outlet store online. You can be assured to enjoy the first-class quality products and the top level service. If you are interested in any products, you can be free to contact us. We welcome any inquiry and suggestion and will reply you without delay. Thank you for your messages."
Also the facebook/twitter /Instagram logos do not lead anywhere0
