    I agree to move on. It will only be a matter of time before someone sees your role is under utilised and you are made redundant. Or if you are happy with your situation just carry on as is and be mentally prepared to move on based on the company timing when they decide this is due.

    They can ask. There's no right to be given the answer you want.

    The redundancy probably wouldn't be much anyway unless it was packaged in order to get rid of.me.

    I’d use the time to apply for new jobs. I’ve been in a pretty similar situation and it was soul destroying.

    If you are planning on leaving you should mention it.

    How can you be rated "consistently" strong" but your Manager tells you that he doesn't know what you do?
