I watch this quite a lot on Sky and just wondered if it was true the way the bailiffs climb in through windows when people are not there. Are they really allowed to do this? Why isn't it breaking and entering (of if not breaking, then trespass)?

as far as i understand if you let them in once, then they have the right to enter your premises using any means necessary.
but if you dont let them cross the door then they cant.happy to be debt free (apart from mortgage: £111,000 @ sept 15)0 -
I think they've usually got to have someone let them in through the door. Kinda like a vampire
