Switching deal, revaluation and Nationwide' procedure?

We are in the last 3 months of our current deal with Nationwide. I called them and the current valuation of the house is around £182 000. We did lots last 2 years as the house has new insulation, new roof and sky lights, new doors and windows, new plastering, new bathrooms, new kitchen, new floors, doors, frames, architraves, skirting boards etc.
Was wondering what the options are as we don't have much time at the moment and don't want to go through the process from before with all the payslips, bank statementa etc.
We don't want to borrow more but to decrease the years left if possible
Anyone had experience in similar situation?
Thanks.

Have you checked online to see what follow on products the Nationwide are offering?

Overpay if you wish to shorten the mortgage term.
