Charging order, when would it be cleared off ?

Hello
wondering if someone can help
so a cousin has a charging order against her house because she acted as a gurantor ) which she tried to pay in installments the initial amount of £3100 but the solicitor kept ignoring her because they wanted the lump at once which she was unable to afford .
They kept disputing thsi till the amount got to 12k. Anyway my relative finally involved a solicitor and then the lawyers on the opposing side accepted to get £300 a month.
Between April 18 to 8 June 2018, she and the tenant paid 4k to reduce the balance quickly to avoid order for sale and then the balance was £7989 at an annual rae of 8% per annum. Since then she has been paying the £300 religiously.
My question is , is there a calcuklator of siome sort so she knows when this would be cleared herselff,, as she doesnt want to contact the lawyers just to avoid any form of xonverstaion with them.
Or does anyone know when thsi would be cleared off if the balace was £7989 as at June 2018 ?
ps: i know theer are debt repayment calculators but not sure f it works the same for Charging orders.
Thank you
