I stumbled across this and debated whether to post it on the main board. I thought it might generate a lot of spam, but looking at their privacy policy, it does seem quite detailed and I don't think it covers selling your data to third parties. It looks to me that the only downside is you might get a lot of pop up ads.
I cannot see who actually owns it.
Would someone more knowledgeable than me please have a look and see what you think and post it if you think it deserves to be on MSE.
I don't think I will post it myself on the main board, or indeed enter myself as there are roo many niggling doubts for my liking.
It may be linked to Winthedraw as they retweeted one of their tweets and Winthedraw get posted on MSE.
Thanks for reading.

On FB as well with 20 odd followers about the same number as on TW.
Appears you can enter hourly for a chance to win £30 in the weekly main draw, same goes for the £10 and £5 draws (I wouldn't bother with any of them but a potential 168 entries per person for a £5 prize!)
Unlike PMP and many similar sites that you only enter the entries do not carry forward from draw to draw (in this case that's week to week rather than day to day).0 -
On their privacy policy page https://prizepenguin.co.uk/privacy/ it states:We are registered with the ICO under the Data Protection Register, our registration number is ZA521070
Inputting that number into the ICO website brings up details of who is behind the site and also confirms the link to The Draw https://ico.org.uk/ESDWebPages/Entry/ZA5210700 -
I too have been looking at Prize Penguin. I am trying to figure out their business model and came to only one conclusion: they are giving away money with no apparent cost to the user (alarm bells), they require "proper" email addresses so that you can win via Paypal. They may make some small revenue from ads on the website but with the cost of hosting and the cost of prizes they would be bankrupt in a very short time. So, it leads to the conclusion that actually they have a very saleable commodity: lists of real email addresses. They must be selling them, how else does their model work?1
