Am looking for a new challenge especially after discovering that I am being paid about 10-15K less than what I should be for this role:mad:, all the roles I have been looking at are offering a benefits package.
Usually the ads state xxK per annum salary plus, BUPA, Phone, Laptop, Car allowance (varies between 2.5k and 6.3k, Gym Membership, Pension, Profit share etc.
Is there a simple way of calculating what these perks are worth in real terms? So I can compare which jobs are worth applying for.
