  • There is a specific calculation as they include holiday pay in the salary for the 39 weeks, then it is pro rated before being divided by 12 to give equal monthly amounts. Best thing to do is for them to phone the school and ask to see their salary calculation.

So we have found out the wage will be for full time £18795 for 52 hours but she will be working 8 hours a week for 39 weeks.
so what will be the monthly salary?
also in the contract it states 25 weeks annual leave If your full time, how is this worked for part time 8 hours a week.

can someone please do a calculation for full monthly pay divided over 12 months including the annual leave.
    thanks

There are so many variables, your friend just needs to ask whoever offered the job.
