Item Delivered In Error

Hello

I signed for a delivery on Thursday but the company have accidentally sent me 2 of the same product.
It's rather large - a king sized bed frame!
It was plausible - 10 box delivery as it was flat pack. It was only when I started assembling I realised I had 2 beds!

I notified the company same day and they are being rather difficult about arranging the return/collection.

Fill in the form on our website (done)
someone will contact you within 24 hours (they didnt)
Please send us photos of the boxes (done)

I just want them to take it back as I don't have space in my flat!
My friend believes there is a statuary time from me notifying them to being able to dispose of it.
IS THAT THE CASE DOES ANYONE KNOW?
I would like to give it to charity. Frankly I just want it gone from my hallway
